Found January 19, 2009 on Hoop Heads North:

Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers didn't suck.
Last Week Average: 29 pts, 13 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals, 1 block
Obviously he doesn't suck but 'Bron-'Bron had three double digit rebounding games last week. Averaging 29 points and 13 rebounds, that's just sick.

Q&A With The Enemy: Fear The Sword

With the Cavs in town tonight to face the Lakers, I figured I’d contact Fear The Sword, one of the top Cavaliers blogs, to get a few questions answered regarding the NBA’s #1 team (for now). Due to such late minute contact, I didn’t get any questions to answer from them, but let’s just enjoy [...]

At this point, even Kobe thinks LeBron is the MVP

There?s no doubt that LeBron James is having the best season of his young career. It?s not so much that his numbers are better ? it?s the Cavs? winning ways that have LeBron atop the short list for this year?s MVP. He even has the vote of the player who?s in second place (at least ...

Kobe One Step Ahead Of Lebron

Lebron James’ Cavaliers have beaten Kobe Bryant’s Lakers five times in a row and 6 out of 9 times since they’ve gone head to head. Last night’s game went in Kobe’s favor as Bryant and the Lakers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-88. Down by only a single point at halftime, the Lakers came out strong in [...]

The Lebron vs. Kobe duel

I have to admit it was an impressive display by both Kobe Byrant and Lebron James the other night in L.A. With an injured-laden squad the Cavs were making the most out of a bad situation. Without two key pieces to their lineup, Cleveland hung with the Lakers for most of the game. Unfortunately, the 105-88 outcome went in the Lakers' favor. The contest got away in the closing...

On The Lakers, Cool Cosmetic Surgery Innovation

I lucked into some great seats from a buddy last night, ended up a few rows off the court at Staples for the Lakers-Cavaliers game. Working on SbB so much and traveling all over the place the last year, I?ve been a little disconnected from my beloved Lipstick City, so it was nice to ...

Greg Oden, Meet Gerald Wallace

It was a rough night for Greg. First he had to deal with getting posterized by Emeka Okafor.  Next on the list of bad things to happen to 7 foot rookies who can pass for 47 years old: Greg goes up for a dunk and gets his shot blocked by Adam Morrison. Yes, you read that right.  The final ...

Insidehoops.com Joel Przybilla Interview

Thanks to Steve Malone for sending the interview, by Jeff Lenchiner, along. It's interesting that Joel said that Greg Oden has been busting moves from practice in games, saying "he's breaking out a lot." And apparently Joel would be watching LeBron James over anyone else in the league if he's ...

The Los Angeles Lakers were able to dominate in the second half Monday night at the Staples Center and defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-88. Los Angeles shot 52.4% (44-84) from the floor for the game while holding Cleveland to just 43% (34-79) for the night. Cleveland All-Star LeBron James was the game's leading scorer with 23 points, but the team from the "City Of Angels...

The Orlando Magic as of late have been defeating all comers, especially on their current West Coast road trip, having won 6 straight.  Their opponent for their game on Saturday, the Denver Nuggets, have won 6 of 8 this month themselves.  One would assume that the Magic would be tired after this road trip; if [...]
