So much for Andre Miller's ailing back. Miller scored a season-high 32 points to lead the Sixers to a 103-96 victory over the defending champion San Antonio Spurs. The Sixers led for most of the way, earning a convincing victory that was their 7th win in their last 8 games. The Sixers finished off a tough week that included road victories over the Pistons and Bulls with one of their best efforts in front of a loud crowd of more than 19,000 at the Wachovia Center. With the way he is playi...

i agree, andre miller has been unbelievable lately and should be in the mvp race. it is a shame the sixers get no nationally telivised games to show the country what they are made of. thaddeus young has been the most impressive rookie i have seen in the nba. this team will be fun to watch for many years to come.

Sixers are playing as good of bastketball as any team right now. They are on a roll hopefully they can keep up the momentum and i say forget brand the sixers dont need anyone else just for their young players to continue to improve.

Sixers have been playing great basketball. They could be dangerous in the playoffs just like the Warriors were last year.

But why'd they have to go and get the Spurs all riled up just before the Celtics have to play them? ;)
  • PonyTowell
I think the sixers are contenders already
  • The SUPER SIXERS are going to win it all if they keep playins as great as the are.!
  • hell ya, i hope we draft Stephen Curry when hes ready for the NBA

Sixers are definitely playoff bound. Iguodala's gonna lead this team in the future. For some reason, players can play their best when they're sick or hurt. Miller played his best.

iguodala is not the reason we are winning. if you watch the games you will know that it is all andre miller and then thaddeus young making plays offensively and defensively and the haitian sensation stepping up BIG on D. lou will and jason smith are good complementary players as well.

all andre iguodala does is take ridiculous shots and hit them 35% of the time and not play smart basketball. i wouldn't be suprised if we trade him this offseason as he has good market value.

This is an exciting team. All we need is one more quality player to become a super power.

that quality player will be thadius young next season.. we don't need to bring any superstar into philly that will screw up the team's chemistry they have going on here.. they need to stick within the team, and close to the draft.. I love what the sixers are doing right now... and they are sooo young..

everyone should read my article, "how 'bout those Sixers?"
  • sixers been good lately but , i wish they lose when they come to play in Toronto!!!
  • Cristoball
I wasn't expecting this... What ever they are doing, I just hope they keep doing it..Go Sixers!!
  • Ray_Maafia
to be quite honest, i like the fact that we get no recognition, i wanna stun everybody and come from behind to beat any of these teams in the playoffs...
this is philly man, we're almost always the underdogs n we always play great as underdogs, so lets stay underdogs for the playoffs.

The 76ers are playing better. Mo Cheeks is a good coach, but I am not sure he can coach with the best.

as long as he gets them to play hard each week, not being a great coach is fine by me.

if i could ask him one thing though it would be to improve our line percentages. we were actually 80% from the line against the spurs and we won. if we could keep that up we would be so much better.

Tell me your saw Lou Williams break that dudes ankles before he got blocked by Duncan.. Sixers are kiling it right now
