I've been working extremely hard for the past eight months and have dedicated a good part of my week to lifting iron. I've always been involved in athletics and have always lifted, but now I'm actually following programs and seeing significant amount of gains. Its great and I would recommend it to everyone. I'm also in the process of writing my own vertical jump program to increase people's verts and also their 40. These players in the NBA have inspired me to lift, and in my opinion, they are the Buffest and Rippest.

  • Funny stuff. Yeah these are dedicated just wait to see oden, now that is dedication. I cant wait for your vertical jumping post. I am always looking for new ways to always improve mine. Still cant dunk, but I am only 5'9, and white. I have to work on those fast twitch muscles.
