Curt Schilling is never one to hold back his thoughts. And with his running blog over at 38pitches.com, he now has another means to express himself. If you have never read it, it is very entertaining and in my opinion the best athlete blog out there. Kudos to Gilbert Arenas, Chris Cooley and Greg Oden; but if you want to get into the mind of a sports figure Schilling does it like no other.

The Lakers may be about to set a record for whining about the most things being against them in the Finals. It seems like every time I read an article there is something else that they are complaining about. The Lakers seem to feel that the universe is conspiring against them. It can't possibly be that the Celtics are just that good, or that the defense is disrupting their game....

Kobe has to shoot 15 Free throws in order for the Lakers to win. In the two games combined Kobe has shot 13 free throws the same number as Leon Powe! Kobe is working too hard on the perimeter to put up 25-30 points. Head fakes, pump fakes, back doors and playing in LA should help Kobe get to the line at least 15 times tonight.
