The Chicago Bulls have plenty off questions to be answered during the pre-season. From playing time to leadership, it should be interesting to see how Vinny del Negro handles the squad. Things to look for in the first game include the rookies (del Negro and Derrick Rose, big men Tyrus Thomas and Joakim's Noahs roles, and the lock jam at guard.

  • I think if the Bulls Trade Hinrich for a big man of some sort theyll be ok
  • The bulls need to trade Hinrich and Noah or Thomas for a starting Center or Power Forward. This would create more playing time for Rose and would also help Gordon get more playing time so that we can keep him. He has been our leading scorer and he is one of our top three players.
  • thts a joke tht Gordon is on of our top three players...we seen last year wht happens when teams focus on shutting Gordon down, he dissapears to the bench. Im only happy we didnt give n 2 overpaying him like the rest of the league does for undersized, defensevly challegend players. Id say trade Gordon but, no one wants him.
  • your response is the logical answer to the bulls moving ahead, however, the bulls have failed to trade kirk even after proving that he is at best a 3rd guard on a championship team. The 3rd guard has to be ben as he has demonstrated. The 2G is filled with Larry and Tabo having the size with skill.By trading Kirk and other non guard players to obtain a talented BIG,with Rose at point,Deng at SF,the bulls are in the mix.Paxson give ben his money by trading Kirk. Will never happen kirk's salary is the bulls problem
  • Thats a joke that Gordon is one of our top three players, right. We seen what happens when teams focus on shutting Gordon down, he dissapears to the bench. Im just glad we dint give into overpaying for undersized, defensively challenged players like the rest of the league. Unfortunely we do need to create enough playing time for DRose, cuzs he a star in the making. So Id trade Gordon if anyone actually wants him.
  • the bulls need scoring and ben is one of the best shooters in the league, playing along side a driving rose, you have one of the potent backcourts in the league. You dont win titles with average and below average players.Ray Allen is not a great defensive guard, however,he has a ring
  • Your comments are a joke.without ben,you hav no shooter on the bulls. You dont have to create time for rose,You act as if the bulls have an allstar backcourt.Ben is shutdown, because the other players are not an offensive threat. Every champship team needs a shooter.Ben is one of the great shooters in the league.Paxson a former role player knows you canot win without Great players, Danny Ainge knows that and has a champship.
  • I think the only legimate option we have at making a run is a makeover of this squad. I am probably the biggest bulls fan and a major move needs to happen. What i have been pondering is moving Deng to the 2 because he is a shoot first player and and he has the wing spand and athleticism to move keep up the a 2, keep Hinrich at the one until Rose is ready. Let Ben and Hughes sit the bench until someone stupid enough will take them. We can let Nocioni play the 3 and Thomas and Gooden play the 4 and Noah be the big. Noah is a beast, he is relentless on the boards and is constantly giving 110%. If we let him go we will be doomed. Staying young is a good thing as long as someone takes the horns and becomes a leader!
  • Okay, bring on the backlash. I know i'm gonna catch h#ll for this one, but here we go. The Bulls need to trade Kirk Hinrich for none other than....................Eddy Curry. But think about it b4 you knock it. Curry undeniable can provide you with a presence down low(on offense) and at times will require a double team, making his teammates that much more effective. I wasn't too sold on Curry his 1st stint and still have my doubts, but I see in him now what I saw in him then, he's a big body who can score. Picture this lineup: (1)Rose (2)Gordon (3)Deng (4) Gooden (5)Curry (Sefalosha, Hughes, Nocioni, Thomas, Noah/Gray coming off the bench). This deal clears up our backcourt issues while not being one-sided by giving D'Antoni that "Nash-type" point guard to run his offense.
  • I disagree with the Eddy Curry trade bcuz we will have the same problem dantoni will in New York, and that is Dude is too damn fat. Hes never in shape. We should trade Hirich for someone like Chris Wilcox and that would do us just fine.
  • you know what we need to do yeah we definately have depth at pretty much every position but we are seriously loaded with talented guards i think we need to trade hinrich and maybe gray and a second round for zach randolph I KNOW but he is out there and we STILL need a post up player in our team and with rose, gordon, hughes, deng, thomas, randolph, tabo, nocioni, gooden and noah we are loaded with pretty much a bit of everything
  • You do have a nice back court.
