There have been dozens of signings totaling more than $625 million this summer, as well as 15 trades involving 40 players since the moment that Greg Oden was selected #1 by Portland. Only Richardson, Ray Allen, and Kevin Garnett are solid fantasy contributors. The rest are all now garbage.
