First off, welcome back Brian Windhorst! Seriously, this is how you come back and make a splash. BW is reporting that the Cavaliers are set to complete a 3 way trade that will bring in Mo Williams from the Milwaukee Bucks.
The most important part of this trade is that it does not involve Delonte West....

The Cleveland Cavaliers may have found LeBron's sidekick? Mo Williams.
"Mo Williams, the high-scoring point guard from Milwaukee, will go to Cleveland in the deal, which should be announced later Wednesday.
The 6-foot-1 Williams averaged 17.2 points and a team-high 6.3 assists for the Bucks last season."

"A league source said the Cavs might be pursuing Bucks point guard Mo Williams. All the details aren't known, but the Cavs, Bucks and Oklahoma City (formerly Seattle) are reportedly involved."

Yes it's true; Mo Williams is a Cavalier now. He was moved in a 6 player trade with the Milwaukee Bucks and Oklahoma City. This has generated lots of buzz because everyone is hoping Mo will give LeBron some much needed help.

This is the Conference call on Thursday August 14, that the Cleveland Cavaliers held to introduce new point guard Mo Williams to the media. Williams was traded to Cleveland from the Milwaukee Bucks in a three team deal on Wednesday. Along with Williams is Cavaliers head coach Mike Brown.

Delonte West Needs Money
...Until yesterday, the Cavs had a shaky ball-handler at the point and scoring guards who could barely score for themselves and never involved teammates in the process. Delonte West didn't fit well at the 1, surely not worth starter's money as he needed to be replaced by a "pure point", or at least somebody who could handle a trap.
