The first things to consider in constructing a good team:
-have a players who can put the ball in the basket and,
-have a players who can keep opponents from putting the ball in the basket.

Improving shooting or shutting down shooting is more important than:

-controlling turnovers,
-getting rebounds or
-getting to the line.

Keep this in mind when you start a team from the scratch or while building a team from now. It could make a shorter path to success.

The four factors what can help you to win are:
1.Shooting
Is the most important. Whether it's 3-foot shot or 3pts shot, shooting the ball remains the dominant of scoring points before giving it back to opponents.
2.Taking care of the ball
Avoiding turnovers(traveling, shot clock violations and bad shots), each team has to have several players who can bring the ball across half court without losing it.
3.Offensive rebounding
If a team can get back its missed shots, giving itself multiple opportunities allows a team a chance when outside shooters missing.
4.Getting to the foul line
The biggest aspect of FT is attempting them, not making them. Teams that get to the line more are more effective than teams that make a higher percentage of their FT, often wins.
