Scores Report's NBA Playoff Preview

#3 San Antonio (56-26) vs. #6 Phoenix (55-27) Season series: Suns, 3-1 The Spurs and Suns would be a good matchup in the Western Conference Finals, so this is the most compelling first-round series. The Suns are 18-11 with Shaq in the lineup (15-5 over their last 20 games), and this series will determine if Phoenix made the right move in trading for him. If the Suns lose, everyone...

The Heat and NBA Cap Myths

Woke up this morning and read an excellent blog post by Ethan Skolnick at the Sun-Sentinel on the myths regarding the Heat's newfound cap flexibility.Certainly this paints a slightly less cheery picture for our future. Unless we can convince Shawn Marion to opt out and sign a long term offer at about...

By Craig Kwasniewski Is it possible that the Suns could be better off with Shawn Marion than Amare Stoudemire? While Stoudemire is busy piling up offensive stats and highlights in losses, the Suns are quickly realizing (and missing) all the...

THE END OF THE PHOENIX SUNS...

For a hoops nut, Shaq on the Suns is the equivalent of when Bob Dylan went electric.Let's just say Phoenicians are not reacting favourably to the scuttlebutt that the running and gunning Suns are going to sacrifice Shawn Marion for a glacial Shaquille O'Neal. This much is true: Every NBA Finals since ...

Now it's really Wade's team

ESPN Fast Break Challenge 2008 Wednesday 12/26

In the words of Adam Ant, these guys need to "stand and deliver". My Christmas lineup was anemic. Shawn Marion was the biggest disappointment. He posted a mere 18 fantasy points. Here's hoping my "boxing day" one performs well. Bahati njema! POS PLAYER, TEAM OPPPG Rajon Rondo, BOS @SACSG Al...
