Of all the player comparisons brought up during the Final 4 regarding Derrick Rose, I never once heard someone mention what to me was the most obvious comparison. A point guard with similar inner city roots, high school championships, similar non-national power college choices, both 3rd team all american freshman years, and both bailing after their freshman year. The obvious comparison for Derrick Rose is Stephon Marbury.
