Slam Dunk Central:
.....Well now it is almost two years later, and I am totally convinced that Robert Sarver the Phoenix Suns Team Owner, has by hiring Kerr put his team in a hole that will take years for it to climb out of. You are most likely aware of the "Stepien Rule" the NBA by-law that prohibits teams from trading first round draft picks in consecutive seasons. The reason that was enacted was former Cleveland Cavaliers Team Owner Ted Stepien sent his club back to the stone age, by making a series of bad moves, and giving up first round picks in return. The NBA front office put the law in place to protect owners from themselves.
