The Basketball Nonsense:
Jason Williams/Chris Quinn? these two guards have almost equal times they have started and all they bring are bunch of loses and inconsistencies.
Anthony Carter ? Anthony is a great backup guard for any team but as a starting guard? I don't know. Maybe he is in Denver team
Dan Dickau/Brevin Knight ? They are guards who do not seem to strike fear on their opponents.
Sebastian Telfair ? Well many people say that this can be great if he has talent around him. Why? Does he have no talent in Minny?
Earl Watson ? Earl Watson is a backup guard that happens to start. Well he's averaging 9.9 points a game, not bad, but not good for a starting guard.
Who's your pick?

My vote goes to Dickau. At least Knight can steal. Watson didn't do that bad.
-
Don't forget rcs, the Kings drafted dickau back in the day. We traded him later that day though lol

I like it - only missing Jamal Crawford and Baby Marbury

Crawford is playing out of position and he still put up good numbers. He's a 2 that can handle like a 1. Marbury is also a good basketball player. My vote goes to Anthony Carter. I will never figure out why the Nuggets don't just start AI at the point and JR Smith at the 2. That line up would be sick with Melo Camby and KMart.
-
Crawford did pretty good running the point this season, except that they lost 59 games. He had 20 points and 5 assists, but he's probably waiting for Nate Robinson to take the reins.
-
Marbury is the worst. He is actually detrimental to the team and makes them worse by having him on the court. His skills might not be the worst, but he's the last PG I'd pick to be on my team.

How about ET!!! Sam Cassell
-
Marbury only does 1 good thing thats sell his shoes cheap

LOL,YB81. as far as telfair being on that list is ridiculous, this was only his 4 th yr. in the league. also if he woulda went to LOUISVILLE all 4yrs this would be his rookie yr. he is ahead of were steve nash was through his first 4 yrs stats wise, he's only targeted so much b/c of THROUGH THE FIRE.he will have a big season next yr u all watch.

Chris Quinn is actually good. But he's not experienced enough. To have a pratice guy come out and post stats like that is amazing. HE has the potential to one day start on an nba team. Just need more experience playing.

Draft-a-bility

ESPN Fast Break Challenge 2008 Thursday 2/7
In the words of Adam Ant, these guys need to "stand and deliver". Kobe surpasses Anthony Carter's fantasy output of six points by two. Kobe put up 10 assists presumably supporting new Laker Pau Gasol. Nevertheless, the rest of his game was putrid. Be DTD for a few games and give us a break. Bahati nj...

Stick With What Works Riley
I’m starting to get sick of the flip-flopping Pat Riley is doing with his lineup, when clearly the best option to start at guard right now is the hot shooting Chris Quinn. There has been no consistency this season when it comes to ball control and scoring. It blows my mind (granted I...

Riley, Players Respond To Shaq’s Scathing Slams
Shaquille O’Neal recently had some Heat-ed words for his ex-Miami coach and teammates, criticizing Pat Riley’s running of the franchise and scoffing at the notion of playing with Chris Quinn and Ricky Davis.

The Clippers and Heat Should Start Talking Trade
Elton Brand to the Heat for the expiring contracts of Jason Williams and Ricky Davis along with Miami's 2008 first round pick? Now that's a trade that would immediately help both team's causes (at least that's the way I see it in my head).Miami and Pat Riley are about winning now. They have to be. Es...
Canucks-Hawks Preview
It appears that Hawks Hospital is almost empty for the time being (except Rene Bourque and Kevyn Adams, and possibly Jason Williams). With Martin Havlat and Patrick Sharp back in the lineup, the Hawks are looking deep up front and are a serious scoring threat still. The last time these 2 teams played...
Pickup of the Night: March 14
Jason Williams
Yes, he shoots a terrible percentage. Sure, he plays on the worst team in the NBA. But with Dwyane Wade shut down for the season (link here) last week, Williams has begun to log more minutes and more shots. He took 26 shots and made 14 of them against the Orlando Magic. Williams also recorded 34 points, 5 threes, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists while only turning the...
