This year's NBA draft class has plenty of young post players to sort through. The Kings welcomed five of the more intriguing post prospects during a unique predraft workout Tuesday. There were no guards to help run the offense for three-on-three play. Assistant coaches Bryan Gates, Shareef Abdur-Rahim and executive Bobby Jackson threw the ball into the post from the perimeter so the big guys could show their skills around the basket. That was fitting because there wasn't a player shorter than 6-foot-10 working out. The tallest player was 7-foot freshman Hassan Whiteside of Marshall. Cole Aldrich at 6-11 was next tallest while Kentucky freshman Daniel Orton, Baylor junior Ekpe Udoh and Ryan Richards from England are all listed at 6-10.
