A good start for George, Stephenson and Rolle

THE `BURBS - Marc Spears from Yahoo! Sports was one of the first people to contact me after the Pacers drafted Paul George. Spears, a close friend of mine, raved about George. Spears follows the Western Athletic Conference pretty close because he attended San Jose State. "I'm telling you, people are going to like Paul's game," Spears said. The media got their first up-close look at George and the rest of the Pacers rookies during the rookie/free agent camp at Conseco Fieldhouse, which wrapped up Sunday. I know it was against journeymen and undrafted rookies, but you can see why the Pacers took a shot at George with the No. 10 pick. The young fella has got some smoothness to his game. He's aggressive on offense. He nailed 3-pointers from the same spot on the court on three straight possessions during a scrimmage early Sunday morning.
