No Guts, No Glory:
Mitch Kupchak knows all about having to sit in the midst of the Oklahoma City crowd. It was obviously a painful experience for him. And from the look on Pat Riley’s and Alonzo Mourning’s faces, it was just as painful for them as well.
Luckily for us, ABC cameras were able to give us an in depth look into just how much Riley and Mourning was suffering.
And just for good measure, this fan tops it all off.

Word out of L.A. is that Kobe Bryant and his wife, Vanessa, are presently working towards a full reconciliation and are unlikely to file their official divorce documents.
Kobe Bryant was recently asked who Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant reminded him of. Kobe likened KD to himself.
Evidently, people love to pay absurd amounts of money for Kobe Bryant-related products. Apparently, they’re also willing to pay to compete against him on the basketball court. Per the OC Register: “Kobe Bryant’s game-worn protective mask went for $67,100 via auction last month. In another exercise to benefit Bryant’s family foundation and fight youth homelessness, a July...
I wish I had asinine amounts of money to blow for strange fetishes. Kobe Bryant is the greatest basketball player of this generation, no doubt there. But when someone ponies up 23k to play a twenty minute game of HORSE against him, there’s cause for a bit of concern. The game of HORSE was auctioned off via EBay, and will take place during the Kobe Basketball Academy in early July.

Los Angeles Lakers forward and social media sports star Metta World Peace made it clear during the NBA playoffs that he doesn’t like players all up in his grill after dunks (Oklahoma City Thunder’s James Harden walked into an elbow from Artest in the playoffs following a dunk); and he apparently likes his MTV Video...Read the Rest...
The atmosphere at Oklahoma City Thunder games is considered the best in the NBA (even if Chris Bosh is unimpressed), so you can imagine how uncomfortable things were for Heat executives Pat Riley and Alonzo Mourning, who were sitting in the middle of the OKC crowd during the Thunder’s Game 1 comeback in the NBA Finals on Tuesday night. Just look at Riley’s cross-armed reaction...
Mitch Kupchak hopes Ettore Messina will return for a second season as assistant coach of the Lakers.
The Heat jumped out to the early lead last night in Game 1 of the 2012 NBA Finals, but the Thunder had the last laugh, outscoring the Heat by 18 in the second half to surge to a 105-94 Game 1 victory.
I could spend a thousand words telling you about the game, or I could just present the picture below, of Heat legend Alonzo Mourning and team president Pat Riley, which says a thousand...
