On Tuesday, the Washington Wizards agreed to buyout small forward Al Thornton. Thornton is expected to sign with the Golden State Warriors for the remainder of the season once he clears waivers.The Breakdown
Thornton makes for a nice speculative addition in deep leagues. Golden State has a terrible bench, so Thornton could carve out a rotation role for the rest of the season. If he can get meaningful minutes, Al could give fantasy squads a nice boost down the stretch in the Warriors' uptempo offense.
