Jason Kidd Growing Comfortable as Nets' Head Coach

The start of Jason Kidd’s coaching career was rocky to say the least. He had his fair share of embarrassing moments (“CupGate”, the demotion of top assistant Lawrence Frank, players leaving the court early on New Years’ Eve) while getting acclimated to the head coaching position. The Nets were 10-21 going into 2014, and there were points where Kidd looked completely lost...

Pierce rips into Nets despite win over 76ers

Sometimes, simply winning isn’t good enough. Billy King: We've Found Our Personality With Smaller Lineups

The Brooklyn Nets have an 11-4 record since New Year's, finding success around smaller lineups. "We’ve found our personality,” said Billy King. “You have to have a sense of structure and an identity,” said Jason Kidd. “You have to know who you are, and how you’re going to play both ends. And now we do.” The Nets are playing in a style that would have been difficult...
