Are Spurs done already?

I know it's waaay too premature to give up on a team already in this early NBA season, but it really looks like the Spurs will struggle mightily without star Manu Ginobili, who is expected to be out with an ankle injury until at least mid-December. The Spurs have started out 0-3 with 2 of those losses coming at home. Tim Duncan and Tony Parker have both been solid during this start, but they really don't have anyone else they can rely on to score. Michael Finley, Kurt Thomas and Bruce Bowen are just plain old.
