Former NBA player Gilbert Arenas is the latest to try Orthokine therapy.
It is not known exactly when Arenas received the treatment, but it reportedly happened within the past few weeks. The treatment is the same treatment that Kobe Bryant and Alex Rodriguez had.
Bryant credits this therapy with improving his knees.
His former teammate and friend, DeShawn Stevenson, said that Arenas is “looking great.” His knees are still the issue, even after this treatment.
He has not played this season after the lockout. He was released by the Orlando Magic on December 9th, 2011.
He has reportedly worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers, and Bryant has given the Lakers his blessing to sign Arenas. But there’s no word on how he did in his workout with the Lakers.
