Arizona star sophomore Chase Budinger has decided to declare for the upcoming NBA draft. However, he didn't hire an agent, leaving him eligible to play for Arizona if he's not drafted. Budinger averaged 17.1 points as a freshman, but averaged 15.6 points this season in a somewhat disappointing follow-up.
