The Triple Double:
Los Angeles Clippers
Oklahoma City Thunder
New York Knicks
San Antonio Spurs
We are winding down the NBA season as this season will only feature 66 regular season games due to the lockout. The first round playoff matchups are pretty much locked in at this point. After looking at the some sports betting sites, the favorites to win the NBA Championship are the Miami Heat followed by the Chicago Bulls and Oklahoma City Thunder.
What will be the best first-round matchups? Let’s take a look. With the Spurs sneaking into 1st seed in the West, the Thunder have dropped to the 2nd seed and will have a tough first-round matchup against the Dallas Mavericks, a rematch from the 2011 Western Conference Finals. While Griffin’s Clippers teammates have vowed to protect him going forward, Kobe Bryant says he would handle...
ATLANTA (AP) -- Joe Johnson scored 28 points, including a wild 3-pointer in the final minute, and the Atlanta Hawks held on for a 109-102 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night, moving a step closer to wrapping up home-court in the first round of the playoffs.
Blake Griffin scored a season-high 36 points, while Chris Paul added 34 in a back-and-forth game that was...
The Clippers are heading into the playoffs amid tons of hype and anticipation. Blake Griffin, Chris Paul and a decent group of guys has got many wishfully thinking that this is the top team in LA. Whether those people are right or wrong about the Clippers, there's some questions surrounding this squad.
Can the Clippers keep up their intensity throughout the playoffs...
Mark and McNeill break down why Atlanta can give Boston a scare, we debate if Utah's frontcourt can muscle San Antonio out of the playoffs, we lament that the Clippers lack of a strong coach will result in Blake Griffin and Chris Paul not lasting as long as they should in the playoffs as well as the rest of the first round match-ups.
Before you get too excited, this has absolutely nothing to do with the Los Angeles Clippers, Chris Paul, or Blake Griffin.Rays 3, Angels 2 The Los Angeles Angels might as well share the clever title with the Los Angeles Clippers. However, the Angels don't get the positive connotation of this nickname. I could write a novel on how many times I've complained about the Angels...
