Chris Paul was pretty clear in his comments this summer for the Los Angeles Clippers to go the next level, they will go as far as Blake Griffin takes them. That next level of course for the Clippers is a NBA Finals appearance.
Recently Griffin told Ramona Shelbourne of ESPNLosAngeles that he agrees with Paul.
“[Paul] has a huge role on this team,” Griffin said Thursday in an interview with ESPNLosAngeles.com. “He’s been the guy who has closed out a lot of games late for us.
“But in my mind, this is the year I need to step into that role and really help him shoulder that load. I’ll be right there with him at the end of games, being the guy that he can always count on.”
Griffin knows what he has to improve on. Of course he needs to become a better foul shooter, and be able to consistently make a jump shoot. He could also be a little tougher in the paint.
“To be honest, I’m more excited about this upcoming season than I’ve ever been,” Griffin said. “My workouts with [shooting coach] Bob T

If Chris Paul meant to challenge his teammate Blake Griffin when he said recently that the Los Angeles Clippers will "definitely go as Blake goes" it worked.
Not only did Griffin hear his teammates words he agreed with them.

Blake Griffin is ready to split the Los Angeles Clippers’ closing duties with Chris Paul.

Here’s video of Christopher Mintz-Plasse (or, as we all know him, McLovin from Superbad) executing a superb trash can posterization of Clippers big man DeAndre Jordan during a recent interview. I don’t know why I enjoy this as much as I do, but it’s fantastic. Jordan’s reaction makes the video. The post McLovin posterizes DeAndre Jordan appeared first on The Nosebleeds.
With J.J. Redick signing with the Los Angeles Clippers, I didn’t many expected that the former Duke Blue Devil would part of the “Lob City” ideal.
However, J.J. decided to show in the below Instagram clip that he can throw it down with the best of them:

It’s nothing new to hear about Lamar Odom cheating on his wife Khloe Kardashian. Hell, there’s been rumors that their marriage was on the rocks right after it began. Now we have two separate women coming forward to say they had affairs with the Los Angeles Clippers forward.
According to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports, the Clippers will reportedly re-sign Lamar Odom instead of signing Antawn Jamison, who recently met with head coach Doc Rivers about the possibility of joining with the team. Odom averaged 4 points and 5.9 rebounds in 20 minutes per game for the Clippers last season.
The Los Angeles Clippers hope to soon re-sign Lamar Odom, league...
The Los Angeles Clippers and Lakers were the two teams that Lou Amundson visited this week and discussions went positively with both organizations, agent Mark Bartelstein told RealGM on Friday.
Amundson had met with a couple teams last week and sat down with two more within the past few days, and the 6-foot-9 forward is continuing dialogue with interested teams in hopes of landing...
Doc Rivers was given rave reviews about Lamar Odom and the Los Angeles Clippers are now patiently waiting to sign him, according to a source.
Rivers received reviews about Odom's locker room presence, including talking to Vinny Del Negro.
Antawn Jamison was led to believe he was signing with the Clippers, but he was told on Thursday that the team prefers to sign Odom.
In front of a packed house at Seattle’s Pacific University, the Jamal Crawford Pro Am just got underway. The Celtics’ Jeff Green is currently running with Cleveland’s budding superstar Kyrie Irving. The fans will definitely get their money’s worth this weekend, as Blake Griffin is expected to play tomorrow.
Here’s a quick clip of Uncle Jeff hitting a fallaway and Uncle...
We’re now halfway through August, yet both Antawn Jamison and Lamar Odom are still free agents. Why? It seems Odom is taking his time to make a decision regarding his future with the Los Angeles Clippers, which is holding up Jamison’s next move, who also has interest in joining the Lakers’ crosstown rivals:

Lamar Odom has a few things going on in his personal life, so it’s no surprise that he has no clue where he might want to play basketball in 2013.
The Clippers have had meeting with Antawn Jamison, but according to The L.A. Times, are waiting on an answer from Lamar Odom, before they decide to make an offer to Jamison.

Over the last few months, the act of “posterizing” has become the “it thing” to do on our fair Interwebs and the fine folks over at ESPN SportsNation gave actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse a chance to “posterize” Clippers center DeAndre Jordan.
Watch as McLovin’ throws down a nasty trash can dunk:
Lamar Odom is having a good day. He recently exploded on a member of the paparazzi who was asking him about his cheating on wife Khloe Kardashian and destroyed expensive camera equipment. Originally there was a possibility that Odom would have felony charges brought against him for the outburst, but TMZ is now reporting that Odom is pretty much getting off with a minor slap on the...
As much as Chris Paul claims he loves being a member of the Los Angeles Clippers, it seems he was over the moon when he was traded to the Lakers in 2011, albeit for just a matter of hours.
Tonight, during a special event for his foundation, Kobe Bryant revealed that CP3 called him after the trade went down and was “excited” about joining the Lakers. Of course, that excitement...
