Boston had an interesting post that outlined the recent solid performance of one
E’Twaun Moore in a preseason game for his Italian League team Benetton Treviso.
It appears Moore had quite the solid shooting game with 21 points including
five of five from three point range. The
performance leaves many to believe that Moore has been working on his outside
shot in an attempt to be ready to both make the Celtics roster and contribute.
The question remains is this a real possibility?
The
answer is both yes and no. Moore is a four year college player that has a lot
more maturity, polish, and poise then most NBA rookies. If Moore can refine his
stroke and range on his shot, then the team could definitely find a home on the
roster for him. One of the needs that Doc Rivers has expressed for his roster is
more shooting off the bench. The fact Moore is working on becoming that player
