(Photo by Elsa/Getty Images) Forgive fans of the Celtics for both saying here we go again and even Nenad Krstic is going to go down after the Celtics center went lame and failed to return to the Spurs game. The awkward bend did not look good and recent history would not make anyone feel to great about Krstic coming back for the playoff drive. The Boston Celtics have had issues with the health of their big men all season long. First Kendrick Perkins was injured, came back to play a mere 12 games, and then got hurt again before being traded. The man expected to take his starting spot, Shaquille O’Neal has missed the last couple months with a foot injury and sore Achilles. Jermaine O’Neal who was supposed to be the defensive stopper in the paint for Boston has played in a meager 19 games this season due to battling a knee injury.
