The New Jersey Nets looked like a completely different team than the one that the Cavaliers blew out on New Year’s Day in The Q. The backcourt duo of Deron Williams and Anthony Morrow lit up the wine and gold with 49 combined points as the Nets drained 11 three pointers and led by double digits for most of this one. Kyrie Irving led a dramatic late charge for the Cavs, scoring 21 of his 32 in the final act and 17 of those in the final three minutes, but they started their run just a little too late. Antawn Jamison added 20 points for the Cavaliers as the Cavaliers fall to 7-11 on the season.
