Is there a team out there hit harder by injuries than the Chicago Bulls?  Maybe, maybe not.  Now, ask yourself this; Is there a team out there that has responded and adapted to injury issues as well as the Bulls?  Probably not.  Chicago has managed to overcome Derrick Rose's injury and numerous injuries to the rest of the team and stay in contention.  As part of their continued plans for dealing with injuries, the Bulls have signed Daequan Cook. According to Marc Stein of ESPN, the Houston Rockets released Cook, and the Bulls scooped him up. Mike Conley Sr., agent for Daequan Cook, makes it official and says Cook is indeed signing with Bulls now that he's cleared waivers as 5 PM— Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) January 4, 2013Cook is a 25 year old guard who has spent six seasons in the NBA.  The Bulls have suffered numerous injuries to their guard this season.  Including Rose's injury, the Bulls have seen three key guards miss significant time.  Kirk Hinrich and Raymond Felton have missed time due to injuries throughout the season.  Cook could provide a stop gap if the team continues to battle injuries at the guard position. In his career, Cook has played for the Miami Heat and the Houston Rockets.  He has averaged 6.9 points per game and 2.2 rebounds per game in his career.  He is not an assists man as he has only averaged 0.8 assists per game in his career.  Should he see much game action, it will likely mean the Bulls are dealing with yet another injury.  In the mean time, Cook give the team options off the bench. The Toucher and Rich One-on-One Scallenge will take place on January 16th as the White Mamba will...

The 6′ 5″, 201 lbs shooting guard has slowly become a fan favorite for his celebrations on the bench, and we are also now sold on Mr. Bazemore. Check out the incredible...

Delfino finding role with ascending Rockets

MILWAUKEE -- After a dunk in the fourth quarter Friday night, Carlos Delfino took a long look back at his former team's bench and smiled. There's no ill-will, he was just having fun. In his return to the building where he spent the last three years of his career, Delfino put on one of the offensive shows he did every so often in Milwaukee. Hitting 8 of 11 field goals and...

Kyrie Irving Spin Move Leaves Carlos Delfino Frozen (Video)

Nothing much to explain here, just Kyrie being Kyrie.  Irving is a wizard with the ball, and after he steals a lazy bounce pass from Delfino, he leaves Carlos stuck looking lost after the quick spin move. Video courtesy of Cosby Sweaters.

Jeremy Lin Ends Up With Bloody Head After Collision With Bucks’ Larry Sanders (Video)

Jeremy Lin‘s from New York, so he’s a tough guy, right? Well, actually Lin was born in Los Angeles, raised in the Bay Area and spent just one season (albeit a memorable one) playing for the Knicks. Nonetheless, no one’s soon to question the Harvard alum’s toughness after he bounced back from a rough play Friday night. Near the beginning of the second half of the Houston Rocket’s...

Cavaliers-Bulls Preview
