Breathe easy Knicks fans. Carmelo Anthony isn't going anywhere. At least for now. However, if you are a Lakers fan or a Heat fan this bit of news may bum you out. Anthony is set to be a free agent after next season, if he does not exercise his player option for the 2014-15 season, and if Lakers nation had any hopes of him moving back to the Western Conference or if LeBron has ever entertained the thought of the two joining forces, think again. Melo flat out said he wants no part of the Lakers organization nor teaming up with James. But then again, money does talk so never say never (h/t BSO).
