Chris Forsberg of ESPN Boston released a piece today on the Celtics' sentiments regarding the Miami heat's 20-game winning streak. Both Jason Terry and Paul Pierce spoke on Miami's streak, but their thoughts were the same: they just don't care. "Not really impressed with it or anything that they do," said Terry, who has a history with Miami from his Dallas days when the two teams met in the 2011 Finals. "So, for me, it's more about what our team is doing and how we're coming together as a unit." Miami visits Boston on Monday. By that time, if they earn two more wins, Miami will be tied with the NBA record for longest win streak (tied with the 2007-08 Houston Rockets. When asked if he wants the Celtics to have the opportunity to break the streak, Pierce offered sentiments similar to Terry's. "I really don't even care. I hope they lose every game the rest of the season. I just worry about what this team does." The Miami-Bos...

Jason Terry Is Not Really Impressed With Heats 21 Game Win Streak

Terry got his revenge when he help the Mavs upset the Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals for the franchises first NBA title. Terry was asked about the Heats current 21 game win streak, and as ESPN...

Bobcats Coach Mike Dunlap Calls Paul Pierce ‘Salty Dog Warrior,’ Apparently Means It as Compliment

BOSTON — Mike Dunlap needs to work on giving compliments. The Bobcats coach was apparently being flattering of Paul Pierce, the workmanlike star of the Celtics, when he praised Pierce is the weirdest way possible on Saturday. After saying a bunch of normal things about the way Pierce controls the game and always gets the shot he wants, Dunlap got really creative with his admiration...

Comments from the Other Side - Raptors 3/13

It was sad to see 4 pages on one game thread and 19 on another.   Those game threads used to have over 100 pages every game.  The Celtics did get the benefit of some calls last night.     I'm amazed at how many fans hate their head coach.   Makes me very thankful for Doc.  Good game for the Celtics.  Not so much for the Raptors.  Enjoy today's comments...   This...
