Found November 30, 2012 on Boston Sports Then & Now:
The Boston Celtics continue their frustrating start to the 2012-’13 season. Through 15 games, the Celtics look like a .500 team and they are just 8-7. They are in fourth place in the Atlantic Division. The Celtics looked to break through by beating the defending Western Conference champions, the Oklahoma City Thunder. Then they barely escaped in overtime against a young Orlando Magic team who no longer has Dwight Howard and they looked pathetic in a 95-83 loss at home to the Brooklyn Nets. Rajon Rondo got ejected for shoving Nets forward Kris Humphries after Humphries fouled Kevin Garnett in the final minute of the second quarter. Rondo was issued a 2-game suspension. The Celtics looked lifeless throughout the game and Doc Rivers called the team “soft.” These Celtics are not defending, rebounding, or playing with any mental toughness. They look like they are going through the motions and they make silly mistakes.   We’re live from the @dunkinboston @csnne and @celtics @avery_bradley shoot! ^SP twitter.com/DunkinBoston/s… — DunkinBoston (@DunkinBoston) November 29, 2012 Avery Bradley did a commercial for Dunkin Donuts. The Celtics could use  Bradley’s defensive pressure. Bradley seems to be getting closer to returning after having double shoulder surgery this summer. He is participating in shooting drills and he could gain clearance to take part on contact drills within the next couple of weeks. Bradley’s play last year uplifted the team and with his return, he could bring energy.       Prayers go out to coach mchale and his family!!!!! — Courtney Lee (@CourtneyLee2211) November 25, 2012 Courtney Lee played for Celtics Hall of Famer Kevin McHale and the Houston Rockets last year. He sent this tweet in response to the unfortuante death of McHale’s 20-year-old daughter, Alexandra. Alexandra passed away on Saturday after suffering from Lupus.
