Charles Barkley has been known to make a controversial comment (or several) in his time. This one is no different. While recounting a game when Team USA faced Germany in the late 90′s, Barkley began telling a story of how Dallas Mavericks superstar Dirk Nowitzki was cooking Scottie Pippen to the tune of 42 points. [...]
Charles Barkley is always good for a quote. Such was the case at a recent celebrity baseball game in Texas, where the former NBA star recalled his first meeting with Dirk Nowitzki when he was touring Germany with a group of NBA stars in 1997. Nowitzki, 18 at the time, was having his way with noted defensive stopper Scottie Pippen, dropping "like 52" points, according to...
Dirk Nowitzki is a 7-foot-tall German who excels at playing basketball for the Dallas Mavericks, so it’s of little surprise that given the opportunity to step in the batting cage and take some hacks during BP, he might not look as smooth as he does when taking one of his patented fall away jump shots. Hey, it’s nice to see that not all athletes are adept at mastering every sport...
We all know that illegal recruiting is commonplace in the world of collegiate athletics, but most people prefer not to talk about it. Charles Barkley enjoys talking about everything. At a celebrity softball game over the weekend, Barkley was telling a story in the locker room while his teammates listened attentively and cameras captured the action. Sir Charles spoke about the time...
I can’t think of another athlete that I would rather hang out with than Charles Barkley.
We be drinking, throwing jerks through windows, hitting ****** golf shots, spitting on kids, and telling the greatest stories ever.
Barkley was playing in a charity softball game hosted by Dirk Nowitzki and told a story of the first time he played against Dirk and how he lit up “best defender...

I think we can be sure that Charles Barkley did not want Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki playing baseball at Auburn. His mechanics are atrocious. But we should give him a break, since he is the best shooting 7fter in the history of basketball. All his athletic skill went into being great on the hardwood [...]
The one and only Chuckster is doing story time in the locker room at Dirk Nowitzki’s Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game — Sir Charles talks about how Auburn only paid 200 Grand for Cam Newton among other things. This guy is absolutely hilarious.-TO

The JET is leaving the runway, and he’s headed for Boston. Rumors are strong this afternoon that the eight-year Dallas Maverick, and Dirk Nowitzki’s go-to wingman, has received, and agreed to, a 3-year full mid-level exception offer from the Boston Celtics. The deal would give Terry $5 million a year, and probably gives Terry much [...]
