While the Michael Jordan-Kobe Bryant and Jordan-LeBron James debates rage on, we know who Michael Kidd-Gilchrist of the Charlotte Bobcats would pick for the top spot.
The Charlotte Bobcats rookie confessed Friday that Jordan beat him in a one-on-one game.
“It was hard for me,” Kidd-Gilchrist told USA Today before the Rising Stars Challenge rookie-sophomore game at All-Star Weekend. “I lost. I lost to a 50-year-old guy. … He’s the greatest man that ever played the game.”
Kidd-Gilchrist, the second overall pick, told CSNHouston that he didn’t take it easy on Jordan, either. ”No. I didn’t allow him to beat me. Because that’s my boss? Nah.”
While we cannot logically compare Jordan and his entire career to only half the career of LeBron James. But it has been a great debate with the upcoming 50th birthday of Jordan alongside the remarkable play of James recently.
