Coach Bill's Video Evaluation: Archie Goodwin

Each day this week, former college basketball coach and Tar Heel Times contributor, Coach Bill, will offer his insights into several of UNC's top-rated basketball recruits. Today he analyzes 2012 shooting guard prospect Archie Goodwin (6-5, 185, Little Rock AR). As an evaluator watching Archie Goodwin, what resonates quickly is how long (wing span) and rangy he is on both ends of the court. He has a chance to be a terrific open-court performer, not only as a scorer and finisher but also as a playmaker. He has a great balance of combining an aggressive attack mentality to the rim with the acumen to unselfishly find teammates for layups.
