• The Wizards and Kings provided some serious fantasy
fireworks Tuesday night, combining for 269 points in Washington's roller coaster 136-133 overtime
win. The game's headliner was Nick Young, who exploded for a career-high 43
points in 45 minutes by way of 14 of 22 made field goals, seven of 10 threes,
and eight of nine free throws. His averages in 12 starts now include 20.4
points on 46-percent shooting, 88-percent foul shooting, and 2.3 threes in 38
minutes. That's some pretty serious offense, but middling supporting stats have
kept his overall impact in check (2.9 boards, 1.8 assists, 2.1 turnovers, 0.8
steals, 0.2 blocks).
There's not much upside from his current numbers, as he's
never been a player projected to produce robust overall lines. But there's also
