CSN Chicago studio TV analyst and former NBA player, Kendall Gill, was none too happy about the Joakim Noah goaltending call that caused the Bulls a harrowing loss to the Nuggets on Monday.  Gill sided with Thibodeau & company, expressing his disbelief with the “very bad call” made by officials.  Gill argued that the ball was outside of the cylinder, giving Joakim Noah “the right to touch the basketball”  and was no different than an alley-oop play. Following the broadcast, CSN Chicago taped a segment of “Sports Talk Live” in which panelist, Tim Doyle, made comments refuting Gill’s analysis of the final play. According to ChicagoBusiness.com, a disgruntled Gill approached Doyle, and an altercation ensued: Mr. Gill approached Mr. Doyle and called him out for his comments, which escalated to a shoving match and ultimately Mr. Gill throwing a punch at Mr. Doyle.
