Danny Granger left Sunday night's game Pacers-Bulls game with the a sore left knee and didn't return. Indiana won without him, 97-92 over division rival Chicago. Granger played just eight minutes, missing all three of his shots, and failed to do anything other than commit a foul. Indiana's medical staff said Granger landed awkwardly and "decided not to push it," according to David Benner, the Pacers director of media relations. So this may not be too serious, but there's always reason for concern when it comes to Granger. In four games this season, Granger is averaging 6.8 points, .5 threes, 2.3 rebounds, .8 steals, .5 steals and .2 blocks while playing 16.5 minutes. He's shooting a putrid 31.3 percent from the field and 62.5 percent from the charity stripe. Granger will have a couple of days to rest. The Pacers don't start their three-game week until Wednesday.
