Delonte West made a triumphant return to the Q Arena Sunday night as he dropped a game high 25 points, and the Cleveland Cavaliers handily defeated their former arch-rivals the Detroit Pistons 99-78. Cavaliers forward LeBron James added 20 points, and Cleveland held the once proud Pistons franchise to 37.2% (32-86) from the floor for the contest. The Pistons are now the epitome of mediocrity as they have fallen back to .500 for the season, after this loss with a record of 27-27.
