Dennis Rodman is in some more trouble now.credit: theverbalexchange.com Dennis Rodman was quite the unique player in his day, as his defense and rebounding abilities were tough to match. He’s equally as unique as a person, and has always seemed to be just a little bit out there. Since retiring, Rodman has been in the news for a few various things, good or bad. Now, he’s in the news for child support. And it’s not good for him. Via the Detroit News: Former Pistons star Dennis Rodman has been found in contempt of court and ordered to pay $500,000 in overdue child support to his ex-wife. An attorney for Rodman’s ex-wife Michelle said Thursday that the flamboyant basketball player was also sentenced to informal probation. City News Service reports that Orange County Superior Court Commissioner Barry Michaelson warned Rodman he could face jail time if he didn’t pay the child support. This won’t help Rodman get back on his feet. Especially if he’s still in the condition that he was described to be earlier in the year, which you can read about here. Let’s just hope this situation can be resolved somehow. Rodman had some ridiculous rebounding numbers in his day, averaging over 18 boards a game in two different seasons. -Mark Evans, Assistant Manager/Editor of Content Follow us on Twitter The post Dennis Rodman Must Pay $500,000 In Child Support appeared first on Pass The Pill.
