First it was Chris Paul who had a wish list of teams he would like to be traded to, then it was Dwight Howard who had (and still has) a list of teams,that he submitted to Orlando Magic GM Otis Smith, of teams he would like to be traded to and now Deron Williams wants to join in on the fun. Sources close to Deron Williams stated that Deron Williams has now submitted a list of teams he would like to be traded to to the New Jersey Nets. Now this does not mean that this is Williams first choice, Williams would prefer staying in New Jersey (which will be Brooklyn in 2012-2013) but only if the Nets can get Dwight Howard.
Both Howard and Williams know that their NBA futures are connected, if Howard comes to the Nets then Williams stays and the Nets become a championship contender. If Howard goes elsewhere then Williams, according to sources, will leave New Jersey (or demand a trade if Howard is traded somewhere besides New Jersey) to one of the three teams on his wish list.
