Did Donaghy put Amare in early foul trouble Suns/Spurs Gm 3?

Looks like Donaghy's presence as a ref in Game 3 of the Suns/Spurs playoff series now raises very serious questions as to whether Donaghy compromised the legitimate outcome of that game. Amare Stoudamire was sent to the bench in early foul trouble on questionable calls. Stoudamire only played 20 mins. in game 3 due to that foul trouble. So now the elephant is in the room.
