The Lakers will always be the Celtics' biggest rivals, but the natural hatred between the C's and the Heat is growing. That hatred will continue to grow if Doc Rivers has anything to do with it. Rivers recently sat down with The Boston Globe's Bob Ryan for a Q&A, and among the topics of conversation was the Miami Heat, who ousted the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals last season. The Boston coach said that the Heat are always on his mind, and he's working hard to get the C's ready to compete with Miami in the Eastern Conference again...
