Pass The Pill:
I usually break it down on a higher level but today, to quote FM Blue, “I could fake the funk and get my point across, or drop a little science, leave you MC’s lost”. Number 23 (Michael Jordan) has been disrespected, and by someone who benefited from his career!
The false 23, or in actuality number 6 (LeBron James), has disrespected the man that he capitalized off from. And we’re not just talking about Nike’s $90 Million dollar contract that LeBron received. A company Jordan helped build into a juggernaut. A home LeBron has found refuge, only to find his shoes to have disappointing sales year in and year out! How about the fact that LeBron wore Jordan’s number, or the talks of “LBJ being the next Jordan” and how that made him famous before he actually accomplished a feat? LeBron James wants to be known as the best of all time, which means better than Jordan! So, he cares what people think but doesn’t care what the guy he emulated, down to the Jersey, thinks!?!? He even sat in the audience, of a Chicago Bulls game, wearing a Number 00 Chicago jersey, to make a point to the league, that he wanted the Bulls to get the number one pick so he could play there. Remember the pre-draft interview with LeBron & Carmelo Anthony, when Melo said I think’s it’s rigged, and Bron put on a huge smile with a look as if to say, “well I wouldn’t have came out and said it”? He copied Jordan’s jersey number and wanted to play for his team, and LeBron signed with Nike. Still think LeBron doesn’t care what Jordan thinks? Then how about this, upon becoming a free agent the two teams LeBron considered signing with were Chicago and Miami! And that’s today’s reality check folks!

LeBron James hits a bank, left-handed 3-point shot against the Chicago Bulls simply because he can.
LeBron James posted the 35th triple-double of his career in Miami's 114-90 win over the Philadelphia 76ers Saturday night.
King James scored 16 points (7-of-12 shots), grabbed 10 boards and dished 11 assists. He added two steals and a three. His greedy fantasy owners probably bemoaned the lack of blocks.
The win was the Heat's 10th straight.
The man is on fire on the basketball court. With the way he is playing he is an almost lock to win the MVP--and the season has plenty of action still to come!
Nothing is going wrong professionally for the man, but when something seems to be going so right in one area of life how often does that mean that another area suffers? That appears to be the case for LeBron.
As you can tell by the 86-67 final score, the Chicago Bulls are no match for the Miami Heat without their star Derrick Rose. LeBron James pretty much shoots over 60% from the field on a nightly basis these days. Last night was no different. James went 11-15 (73%), and started shooting with his left hand just to rub some salt in the wound. This particular shot was after the...
Sometimes even NBA stars like LeBron James can screw up the most simplest plays and during Thursday night's Bulls/Heat affair, LeBron had a dunk opportunity go awry.It happened in the third quarter of the game as Chris Bosh picked up a steal and found LeBron streaking to the basket.Watch as James loses the handle and turns it over:

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Before he took a seat on the bench, LeBron James made sure to grab one more rebound.
James had 16 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds for his 35th career triple-double and the Miami Heat cruised to their 10th straight win, 114-90 over the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night.
The three-time NBA MVP knew he was one board away from a special night so he went after...
MIAMI -- Dwyane Wade is usually the Miami Heat's best supporting actor. But on Oscar night, give him the award for best actor.
LeBron James, the guy who almost always gets top billing, didn't look like himself in the fourth quarter against the Cleveland Cavaliers at AmericanAirlines Arena. But that's OK because No. 3 was doubly good and sure looked like No. 6.
CORAL GABLES, Fla. How big have the second-ranked Hurricanes become in Miami?
The Heat are getting ideas from them.
Heat stars LeBron James and Dwyane Wade attended the Feb. 9 game between the Miami and North Carolina. When Hurricanes guard Shane Larkin threw a pass off the backboard on a fastbreak to center Kenny Kadji for a dunk, James and Wade went wild. They went crazy again...

More Blowouts: In a 7 game scheduled Saturday, 4 games turned out to be blowouts. The Miami Heat improves to 10-1 in the month of February, in the win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
