Dr. Jerry Buss was known to keep the company of beautiful woman. Whether in his box at Staples Center or out at some of the hottest clubs in LA, Dr. Buss often times would be surrounded by a bevy of younger, exotic beauties.  It makes sense that Dr. Buss had a girlfriend at the time of his passing last month and made sure that he changed his will last year to include her. 29-year old Delia Cortez was left his Honolulu, Hawaii condo and his 2009 Bentley. Cortez lives in Hawaii and is studying to be a veterinarian. The two reportedly started dating years ago when Cortez lived in Marina Del Rey. Dr. Buss was 80 at the time of his death. A little back story on the Marina. For years, players have taken up residence in the area because of it’s proximity to the Lakers practice facility and back before the Lakers moved to Staples Center, it’s a quick straight shot to the Forum. The Clippers opened their practice facility in Playa Vista which is essentially Marina Adjacent. The rest of his estate was left to his family with daughter Jeanine Buss as the trustee per TMZ.
