Video: What kind of tire would Tim Duncan be?

What kind of tire would you be?It's one of those random, off-the-wall questions that would normally end with a blank stare, but for San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan, he didn't hesitate to answer the question, while also noting that he likes "pretty rims."Duncan is featured with ESPN SportsNation anchor Michelle Beadle in a pair of Bridgestone Tire commercials...

Spurs Road Defense Still Pathetic

San Antonio Spurs defense is still downright pathetic when playing on the road. Last night, the New Orleans Hornets, who before last night had not broke the 100 point barrier before last night, broke that barrier against the Spurs last night. Tim Duncan was able to save the Spurs with a great running hook shot last night, but it was not very pretty. The Spurs did a lot of things...

Tim Duncan Sinks The Hornets

The Spurs wouldn’t give the ball to Tim Duncan for the game with 05.2 left on the clock on an inbound play right? I mean, that would never happen with so many other good shooters on the Spurs team –or would it. Cause it did and Duncan sunk New Orleans with a running hook. Unbelievable, after 14 years deep in the league, dude still has it.

Will the San Antonio Spurs Road Woes Hurt Them?

The San Antonio Spurs have dropped yet another road game, falling to 1-6 while on the road. It could get ugly before it gets better for the Spurs, as they are now 1-3 during their 16 road games in a 21 game stretch. Being a Spurs fan, I have been puzzled by their lack of competitiveness in some road games, especially with the lack of defense. Tim Duncan was out tonight, with this...

Houston Rockets: Five Reasons For Victory Over Spurs

Despite the absence of superstars Tim Duncan (rest) and Manu Ginobli (broken hand) on Saturday night, the San Antonio Spurs gave the Houston Rockets quite a basketball game.
