Dwight Howard is for all intents and purposes reportedly a nice guy that continually says the wrong thing.
This is especially true when it comes to anything surrounding his former team the Orlando Magic.
Howard has recently been involved in a salvo that has involved former teammates, fans and the organization itself as he stated that his former running mates were the guys that nobody else wanted.

There are no ifs ands or buts about it, Dwight Howard is back and Superman is flying again. After months of frustrating inconsistency, Dwight Howard has looked better than he has in over a year, since the All Star break. He may not be 100% healthy, with his bad back and torn labrum, but he looks like a new man and is playing like one, which is one of the reasons why the Lakers are...

Metta World Peace - the mentor?
World Peace, who just over a month ago was suspended one game after landing a subtle uppercut to the jaw of Detroit's Brandon Knight, has taken on the role of molding Dwight Howard into a team leader.
Coming from a guy who has a record 11 league-mandated suspensions since 2003, and is just one flagrant foul away from another, this should be...
It looks like Dwight Howard is trying to go back on a statement he made a couple of days. After referring to his former Orlando Magic teammates as “nobodies” D12 is trying to clear the air on what he really meant. I would hope that Dwight Howard is starting to figure things out, but because he talks so much and contradict himself so often, you have to wonder.
Dwight spoke to the media again and said that it took him half the season, but he understands now what Kobe was saying about keeping the clown act in Orlando.

STUFF YOUR SORRIES IN A SACK
Dwight Howard expressed regret in a recent interview for how he handled departure from Orlando, and offered an apology to the city and its fans.
Led by Kobe Bryant on offense and Dwight Howard on defense, the Lakers (31-31) stormed back from a 25-point deficit to defeat the stunned Hornets, 108-102. A loss would have been devastating to their goal of reaching the playoffs, but the purple and gold dugged deep and got themselves within a game and a half of the spiraling Jazz for the 8th spot in the west.
