Dwight Howard left a bad taste in many Orlando Magic fan’s mouths. In a recent interview with Kristine Leahy of CBS/KCAL 9, Dwight has assured that time won’t diminish the bitter taste left for Magic fans to consume with these comments about his former team:
“I always tell people, like hey, my team in Orlando was a team full of people who nobody wanted, and I was the leader, and I led that team with a smile on my face.” – Dwight Howard
I think there is some truth to this statement. I also feel as if the coaching of Stan Van Gundy was a big part of it too. Howard also discussed being all in… for now with the Lakers but will explore free agency this summer.
Dwight saying the media is wrong most of the time is interesting considering that he was caught in a few lies last season. Things happen, you have to take a stance publicly in order to protect internal business but please stop faulting the media for investigating the smoke from a potential fire.

Dwight Howard, Meet Foot In Mouth
