Leave it to the NBA’s biggest drama queen to stir up some drama after the Lakers’ should-have-been-more-embarrassing loss to the Warriors Monday night. First, the background. When David Lee went up for a lay-in, Dwight Howard took exception after Lee’s elbow caught him in the mouth and cut his lip. Unintentional or intentional, it’s hard to say. For whatever it’s worth, Lee did get into a confrontation with Metta World Peace earlier. But Howard clearly thought the ‘bow to the chops wasn’t inadvertent and got a technical for letting Lee know as much. That was the last that was made of the incident for the rest of the contest, until after the game when Howard, who by surely must feel like he’s a constant victim in life, intimated he’s coming for revenge: “He got away with a shot,” Howard said. “I will remember this game. I will remember that shot. He said he wasn’t trying to do it. You can look at the play and see it for yourself. I will take care of it later.” The Lakers and Warri
