The former spouse of Miami Heat and Marquette star Dwyane Wade claims she’s owed over $1 million. Her lawsuit, filed in Cook County, IL last week alleges that D. Wade has engaged in a conspiracy to deprive her of the money she’s entitled to from his endorsement deals. Siohvaughn Wade, not known for being the most stable sort, is suing all of the following: Dwyane Wade, his attorney, his financial adviser and companies he has endorsement deals with. Dwayne Wade just won his second consecutive, and third overall, NBA title with the Heat. And his situation with ex reminds us that Biggee’s words are timeless: the more money you come across the more problems you see.”   More from the Chicago Tribune: The suit alleges the ex-couple had a contract that required that all of the Miami Heat shooting guard’s income from endorsements and marketing contracts plus half of his July 2006 NBA contract income be deposited directly into a “mutual account.”  Instead, the lawsuit alleges, Wade and his agents and attorneys have made an “end run” around the agreement by deciding “when and how much of those funds should be deposited into the mutually agreed upon account.” Siohvaughn Wade complained in the lawsuit that she has been unable to pay her mortgage and insurance on her home and car. The two were childhood sweethearts and were married in 2002. Dwyane Wade, a native of suburban Robbins who attended Richards High School in Oak Lawn, filed for divorce in 2008, according to the lawsuit. Dwyane Wade comes from a broken home. His father was largely absent in his life. Therefore Wade has done quite a bit to raise awareness to the obligations of fatherhood. His philanthropic efforts in this regard have been second to none. Dwyane Wade has done a phenomenal job with his charity work. He’s also done quite a bit in the field of paleontology; working alongside a dinosaur at Center for the Miami Heat; winning two NBA championships with a struthiomimus joining him in the starting five. Man, these Chris Bosh is a dinosaur jokes are getting old. Yes, they are. Cenozoic Era or perhaps Cratecous Period Old. Paul M. Banks is the owner of The Sports Bank.net.
