Former NBA player Darius Miles was arrested at Lambert Airport in St. Louis on Wednesday after security discovered that he was carrying a loaded gun.
An X-ray screening revealed the weapon and Miles was both booked and eventually released. No charges have been filed.
The third overall pick of the 2000 draft, Miles is no stranger to troubles with the law. In 2009, he was arrested for possessing marijuana.
Miles, 29, last played with the Memphis Grizzlies in 2008-09. He averaged 10.1 points and 1.7 rebounds during his career.
