NESN: Ray Allen is back at it again on the real estate market, selling his last foundation in Boston, the harbor-view condo located in the North End. In his latest listing, the former Celtic is hoping for $2.99 million in exchange for a 1,831-square-foot home, according to Business Insider. A.B. I guess this means Ray Ray is never coming back. And I don’t mean he’s never playing for the Celtics again, I mean he is never coming back at all. First he sold his mansion in Wellesley and now he is selling his brick and exposed beam condo in the North End. Sad day for Celtics die-hards, great day for Boston realtors. Sidenote – Why an NBA player would have two homes in the same state is beyond me. Especially when that state is freezing cold 8 months out of the year. That whole “NBA players are going broke in record numbers” thing looks like it’s here to stay. See the full gallery on Estately
