David Kahn replaced Kevin McHale as head of basketball operations for the Minnesota Timberwolves this summer.
He drafted two of the most promising point guards in the draft.
He eliminated the do-nothings, and over-hopefuls from the Wolves.
He found a way to fix the Rubio two year waiting period issue, and signed Ramon Sessions.
He hired a coaching staff loaded to the fingertips.
He knows exactly what he's doing.
Yesterday, the Timberwolves signed Ramon Sessions to an offer sheet the Milwaukee Bucks are expected won't match. A combo guard, who can step out and play the two guard is exactly what we need.
Sessions will probably start, and it will probably be at the two guard. This way, Flynn will also be able to start, and the Wolves will begin their era of running a double point guard offense before Rubio could be acquired in 2011.
